I posted a blog last week about Paolo Rivera's absolutely stonkingly brilliant variant covers when I saw his cover for Guardians Of The Galaxy #5, but I've just seen his upcoming variants for #6 and #7 and I felt the need to extend even more props to the man. Below are all 3 of his classic sci-fi themed covers:
Beautiful, no? Rivera is also a regular blogger, often sharing his art techniques and influences, and he recently cited the legendary Wallace Wood's artwork (below) as the inspiration for for his work on the Guardians covers.
