Batman: Death Of The Family Speculation

So the Batman: Death Of The Family story arc has been underway for a while now, and we're still no closer to having a clue who - if anyone - is going to die as part of this storyline. Currently, Alfred is missing, having been kidnapped by The Joker and apparently blinded, but aside from that, everyone else is still accounted for. So where do we see this going?

The story wraps up in Batman #17 in February, but I've just been checking out DC's March solicitations over on the Newsarama website, and although there are no spoilers, they certainly give us an idea as to which members of the bat-family made it through alive. The solicitations basically indicate the following:

Batman #18: In the wake of 'unspeakable tragedy', Harper Row makes a return.
Batgirl #18: Barbara Gordon is still alive
Red Hood & The Outlaws #18: Jason Todd Is still alive
Teen Titans #18: Tim Drake is still alive.
Batman & Robin #18: The solicitation does not mention Damien by name, but he is 'in action' on the cover, which would possibly indicate that he's alive and kicking?
Nightwing #18: Dick Grayson is alive, but his world is in tatters.

Catwoman and Harley have been bit-players in this whole thing, so it's safe to rule them out as possible victims. So the only person not mentioned there is Alfred! That doesn't mean he's dead of course, they're clearly just playing with us. It's also clear to regular bat-readers that they're setting up Harper Row as a new member of the Batman stable. I figured it would be Robin who died and she would ultimately take over, but from what I can see, Damian is still going to be around. At this point, I'd put money on Alfred taking the hit!
